30% Non Refundable Deposit required at time of booking. Balance due 8 weeks before arrival. If the balance has not been paid 8 weeks prior to arrival we will contact you and if it is not forthcoming you will be deemed to have cancelled the booking and the Gite will be offered for rental again.

If booking is within 8 weeks of arriving full payment is required with booking form.

Name, address and passport number required for non French nationals.

Bedding and towels included.

Elecricity included.

There will also be a €145 refundable cash deposit against loss & damage payable on arrival which is refundable after final check.

Time of arrival is from 16.00h to 22.00h on Saturday. Departure is by 10.00h on Saturday

Cleaning is the responsibility of the guest while staying at the Gite which should be left in a clean condition on departure.

This is a NO SMOKING Gite, please respect this rule for future customers.

No pets.

There are bicycles for the use of clients.
